The HOVA, a.k.a. Jay Z will definitely be in the building on Monday, February 22, 2010 for his BluePrint 3 Tour. I’m sure we will get his banging hits like: “Jigga What, Jigga Who”, “Money Ain’t A Thing”, “Lost One” and my favorite “Empire State of Mind”, an ode to New York City featuring Keys. The upper-crust landmarks he now references are a far cry from the grimy Marcy Projects sights that he once detailed, something that perhaps is to be expected from the self-described "new Sinatra."

Martin Luther King, Jr. and a month before the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy. Five Black kitchen workers at a segregated lunch counter are forced to engage in painful self-examination brought about by the senseless death of a young boy. Through passionate conversations, these women face the realities of life on the cusp of change. This is a non-alcoholic beach so please be WISE and HIDE!! Stewart Beach is located at 6th St. and Seawall Blvd.
